At CFTN School of Ministry, our students discover an environment of freedom, love, and grace. Religion demands conformity, but life in the Kingdom gives room to express ourselves the way God created us to be! In our school, students discover layer upon layer of who they are, who God is, and who He wants to be to this hurting world through them. Students also find that they are joining a community of like-minded believers who are discovering the Kingdom together and passionately pursuing the presence of God.

In our school, students learn, experience, and grow in a Presence-filled, classroom setting. The culture of love and grace in our school allows students to discover their gifts, take risks and practice what they learn in a safe environment, and discover and explore their Kingdom purpose in this world. We create an atmosphere for students to also grow in community in small groups and various activations.
Grow
In the school, students unlearn many falsehoods about themselves and God and identify who He really is and who they were always created to be. Our school is designed to transform people and prepare them for their Kingdom call in this world. The person who steps foot into the classroom for the first time in August is not the same who walks across the platform at the end of the year in May. Our students experience growth that catapults them into destiny. Our growth process is designed to address the whole person: spirit, soul, and body.
Some students discover spiritual gifts during the year that have been dormant within them or they didn’t realize they possessed and they then, in turn, find freedom to use them. Others come into the school environment knowing their spiritual gifts but have soul wounds that need a grace-filled, safe, loving environment so that they can get the healing they need to express their giftings in a healthy manner. No matter the place or level in life one is in, our goal in the school is always the same: growth.
Connect
Often in life, we long for connection but have a difficult time actually building the community that we so desire. In the School of Ministry at CFTN, students find that they have access to one another on a consistent basis and the opportunity to build relationships with the people they will run with all year long. Connection, of course, largely depends on a student’s willingness to be open and transparent. However, the way we’ve designed our large and small group connection times, we facilitate opportunities for students to find common interests and the confidence to open up.
